STEP 1: QUESTIONNAIRE

Please contact us using the form below. We will send you a link to an online questionnaire to complete, which will identify your travel goals.

After reviewing your responses, we will contact you if necessary to clarify our understanding of your expectations.

STEP 2: ITINERARY CRAFTING

We will email you an invoice reflecting the number of days you request for planning. The fee is $150 per planned day and can be paid via Apple Pay or all major credit cards.

Then, we will begin crafting your detailed day-by-day itinerary. This typically takes us 7 to 14 days as no two itineraries are the same.

STEP 3: ITINERARY REVIEW AND CONSULTATION

Once your itinerary is ready, we will send it as a detailed PDF, ready for printing or saving on your device. After reviewing it, you can reach out with questions, or we can arrange a call/video call for a more personal touch. 

Even during your trip, our email support remains at your disposal for any destination inquiries.
