My wife and I had the great pleasure to stay at the beautiful #CasaPortagioia during our 3-week stay in Castiglion Fiorentino (Italy).
Accurately defined as a “five-star #boutiquehotel,” it offers only the best to its guests. Terry (with his unique sense of humour) and Marcelo (with his amazing cooking) made sure to cater to all of our needs.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, decorated in a traditional #tuscanstyle. The B&B is located deep in the hills, in a very quiet a beautiful setting. The view of the mountains and the #Olivegrove is extremely soothing.
The B&B location is perfect for a retreat and relaxing time although in our case it turned out to be a little too far from the key locations we wanted to enjoy on a daily basis. It is a 30 minutes drive from #Cortona, an hour from #Montepulciano and up to 1h1/2 to #Montalcino
Our entire stay was perfect from start to finish.
