15-Day Itinerary

In the warm embrace of the Mediterranean sun, France and Martin embarked on a journey of discovery along the stunning Amalfi Coast, where each town promised a new adventure and every vista whispered tales of ancient splendor.

Day 1-2: Naples - The Gateway to the South

Their adventure began in the bustling city of Naples, where narrow streets echoed with the melodies of street vendors and the aroma of freshly baked sfogliatelle wafted through the air.

A sfogliatella is a shell-shaped filled Italian pastry originating from the Campania region.

After settling into their boutique hotel in the historic center, they set out to explore the city's treasures, from the grandeur of Piazza del Plebiscito to the haunting beauty of the Catacombs of San Gennaro.

Their evening was filled with the vibrant energy of Neapolitan life, as they sampled local delicacies at trattorias tucked away in hidden alleyways and enjoyed leisurely strolls along the waterfront promenade.

Day 3: Sorrento - A Town of Lemons and Love

Leaving the city behind, France and Martin made their way to the enchanting town of Sorrento, where the scent of lemon blossoms filled the air and panoramic views stretched out to the horizon.

They spent the day wandering through the town's maze of cobblestone streets, pausing to admire the pastel-colored buildings and vibrant gardens that adorned every corner.

At sunset, they sipped limoncello cocktails on a terrace overlooking the sea, toasting to their love and the adventures that lay ahead.

Day 4-5: Positano - A Stairway to Paradise

Positano welcomed them with open arms, its colorful houses cascading down the cliffside like a waterfall of dreams. Here, they indulged in lazy days spent lounging on sun-kissed beaches and exploring the town's charming boutiques and artisan workshops.

But the highlight of their visit was a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Fiordo di Furore, a hidden cove surrounded by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls.

In the evenings, they dined on fresh seafood and traditional dishes at a family-run trattoria, soaking in the lively atmosphere of Amalfi's vibrant streets.

Day 9-10: Capri - Island of Enchantment

Their next destination was the idyllic island of Capri, where azure waters and rugged landscapes beckoned with promises of adventure. They spent their 2 days exploring the island's hidden coves and secluded beaches, hiking to the summit of Monte Solaro for panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, and taking a boat tour of the legendary Blue Grotto, where sunlight danced on the water in a kaleidoscope of colors.

In the evenings, they dined at a cliffside restaurant, savoring fresh seafood and local specialties as the sun set over the horizon.

Day 11-12: Ischia - The Green Island

Their journey continued to the enchanting island of Ischia, known for its lush landscapes and natural thermal springs. Here, they soaked in the healing waters of the island's thermal spas, explored ancient ruins and medieval castles, and hiked through verdant hillsides dotted with vineyards and olive groves.

In the evenings, they dined at a family-run trattoria, sampling traditional dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and sipping on crisp, refreshing wines.

Day 13-15: Return to Naples and Departure

As their journey came to an end, France and Martin returned to Naples for their final days on the Amalfi Coast. Eager to explore further, they embarked on a culinary adventure to discover the world's best pizza.

They selected one of Napoli's top 3 pizzeria, I Decumani, where each bite was a revelation, a symphony of flavors that paid homage to Naples' rich culinary heritage.

Savoring their last moments in Italy, they reflected on the memories they had made and the flavors they had tasted, knowing that the essence of the Amalfi Coast would stay with them forever.

As they bid farewell to this enchanting corner of the world, they carried with them a sense of gratitude for the experiences they had shared and the beauty they had witnessed, promising to return again one day.
